Mark Reynolds belted a two-run homer in the seventh inning to rally the Baltimore Orioles to a 5-4 road win over the Atlanta Braves on Sunday and snap a five-game losing streak.
Reynolds' 18th homer of the season came against Atlanta reliever Scott Proctor (1-2).
Moments earlier, Braves veteran third baseman Chipper Jones visited the mound to offer Proctor some advice, but could only take off his glove in disgust as Reynolds drove the hurler's pitch into the left field stands.
Baltimore took a 3-0 lead, thanks to a home run from pitcher Zach Britton.
Atlanta took the lead with a four-run outburst in the sixth inning, with Eric Hinske driving in the go-ahead run with a pinch-hit single.
Jim Johnson (5-1) was the winning pitcher and Kevin Gregg, who tossed a scoreless ninth, earned his 15th save of the season as the Orioles salvaged the finale of the three-game series.
