The Arizona Diamondbacks got another punch to the kidney on Sunday.

The Diamondbacks built a two-run lead in the eighth inning in an attempt to end a six-game losing streak, but their historically-bad bullpen blew it again in a 6-5 loss in 10 innings to the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park.

Andres Torres singled in Juan Uribe with two outs in the 10th off Carlos Rosa to complete another bullpen implosion. The Arizona bullpen’s collective ERA is more than 7.50 and Yahoo.com reported no team has had a team bullpen ERA of more than 7.00 since 1930.

The Diamondbacks took a 4-2 lead in the eighth inning on a bases loaded walk by Adam LaRoche and sacrifice fly by Chris Young.

The Giants’ comeback started in the eighth when Aubrey Huff hit a solo shot off Aaron Heilman to close within one run at 4-3.

When Arizona’s Justin Upton had an RBI in the ninth for a 5-3 lead it appeared the Diamondbacks might finally win one on a nine-game road trip where they've started 0-6.

But closer Chad Qualls gave up three straight hits with one out and the Giants’ Pablo Sandoval beat out a double-play attempt to tie the game.

The Diamondbacks went down in order in the top of the 10th against Brian Wilson (1-0) before the Giants managed three straight two-out hits against Rosa (0-1) for the win and give the Diamondbacks their seventh straight loss.
