Manny Parra (2-5) gave up two runs and seven hits with six strikeouts in 5 2/3 innings. John Axford, who pitched two innings for the save Tuesday night, worked the ninth for his sixth save in six chances.
Axford gave up Joe Mauer's RBI double, his third hit of the night, but struck out Justin Morneau, who also had three hits, to end the game.
Corey Hart's RBI double scored the game's first run in the third. Delmon Young's two-run single in the fourth gave the Twins the lead, but the Brewers loaded the bases in the bottom of the inning and went ahead on Weeks' single.
Ryan Braun hit into a force play in the seventh, which gave the Brewers a 4-2 edge. Weeks, who had three hits, added an RBI single in the eighth.
Twins starter Francisco Liriano (6-5) allowed three runs in five innings and has won just twice in his last nine starts.
